These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between LabSpacer and the end-user. Failure to adhere to these structural constraints results in immediate revocation of access tokens.
Scope of Application
LabSpacer operates a specialized ecosystem for app development and high-performance gaming applications. Your use of labspacer.pro, including all its sub-domains and integrated services, is conditional upon your acceptance of every clause within this document. We do not provide "informational" access; your presence on this platform indicates active participation in our ecosystem.
We reserve the right to modify these terms without prior notice to optimize for performance, security, and regional Turkish gaming regulations. It is the user's responsibility to perform a manual audit of these terms periodically.
User Eligibility
Must be 18+ or have express guardian consent for technical procurement.
System Load
We prioritize bandwidth for active, verified accounts over guest observers.
Anonymity
Full system telemetry is required for performance audits and security compliance.
Prohibited Behaviors
Reverse Engineering
Unauthorized deconstruction of LabSpacer binaries, API endpoints, or proprietary obfuscation logic is strictly forbidden.
Credential Harvesting
Any attempt to bypass Istanbul-node security protocols or scrape user data will trigger immediate hardware-level bans.
Load Testing
Running unauthorized stress tests or DDoS simulations against our infrastructure is considered a violation of service.
Legal Infringement
Hosting or transmitting content that violates Turkish or International intellectual property laws via our apps.

Asset Ownership
The "LabSpacer" brand, including all codebases, UI/UX architectural designs, visual assets, and performance optimization algorithms, is the exclusive intellectual property of LabSpacer, headquartered in Istanbul.
We grant users a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to utilize our applications for personal or professional gaming purposes. This license does not extend to commercial redistribution or the branding of white-labeled solutions without a specific enterprise-tier contract.

Usage rights are evaluated based on the "Resource-to-Output" ratio. We measure risk based on the frequency of non-standard API calls and robustness of the client connection. Limits are enforced precisely when usage threatens the 0.01% downtime benchmark.

Attempting to manipulate network pings to gain competitive advantages in gaming environments.
Avoid: Use local Istanbul/Ankara nodes for testing.
02 / Automated Syncing
Using headless browsers or bots to scrape app performance metrics and hardware specs.
Avoid: Register for our official Performance API.
03 / Thermal Forcing
Bypassing built-in hardware safeguards that LabSpacer implements to protect user hardware during peak stress.
Avoid: Abide by the Loadout Configuration guides.
04 / Multi-Node Bypassing
Using decentralized VPNs to spoof geographic locality and bypass regional licensing protocols.
Avoid: Maintain consistent IP locality within Turkey.

Warranty Disclaimer
LabSpacer provides its services "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties regarding the absolute stability of gaming apps under extreme thermal throttling or specific high-DPI hardware configurations. While we aim for 99.9% uptime for Istanbul-based servers, physical fiber paths and regional ISP outages fall outside our sphere of influence.
* Note: We specifically disclaim any trade-off between visual fidelity and frame rate that occurs due to local hardware bottlenecks.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Turkish Law, LabSpacer and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, GPU architecture degradation or loss of in-app progress due to server-side synchronization delays.
Maximum Ceiling:
In no event shall total liability exceed the actual amount paid by the user for services during the preceding 60-day window.
